Brick Oven Pizza in St. George, UT doesn't use a brick oven to cook!  It's cooked on a conveyor belt like the other fast pizza chains do. 

Plus they put cheddar cheese on the pizzas.  Bland tasting pizza and the extra ingredients are cut up in fine pieces. 

Not worth the time, appetite or price.
