Shozo Catering is Utah's first and only onsite sushi caterer!  We bring the sushi bar right to your event!

Shozo Catering was inspired by Shozo, executive chef of Akanedoki restaurant in Okinawa, Japan. Our team is dedicated to provide each of our clients with a unique experience by offering a fusion of traditional and contemporary tastes.  Our exquisite food quality is among the top in Utah offering fresh fish straight from Hawaii and California. 

We provide a variety of catering services including corporate events, wedding receptions, board meetings, luncheons, private parties, personal chef services, or other engagements.  Our menu includes but is not limited to specialty sushi rolls, traditional sushi rolls, tempura sushi, nigiri, sashimi, miso soup, teriyaki chicken, yakisoba, gyoza, and bento boxes.  

We carefully work within your budget to design a stellar menu for you and your guests ranging from boxed lunches to set-up buffets and full service catering.
